Not quite, unless you are meaning a suburb of Sacramento, Antelope, was 
made a city in 1984 before that it was just part of North Sacrmento, Is 
that what you were referring to, That's why I was caught off guard 
because this part of town has never been referred to as the Antelope 
Valley previously-Anyways did you keep in touch with the person who has 
your former horses?  I'm sure you would like to know how they are doing 
in any case.   By the way did you get my last message, Probably could 
tell I am a little disappointed in some of road blocks to work with 
animals.  The good part is that this time I will not give up my goals, 
Sorry, I sounded like a wet blanket, and I appreciate your help and
