You have none because none exists.

Wrt the Iranians keeping the a/c because of them simply wanting to keep
them, there is a lot but frankly actually looking for things might help you
lift your veil of ignoranace & self-delusion.

However consider that right now there is no "no fly zone" etc
operating over iraq & your gov is supplying weapons to the Iraqis etc
thus the arms embargo must be over too. So how come the Iranians haven't
sent the Fencers etc back?
