Yes & no. You are exhibiting a classical simplicity which does not
apply. You will have differential distribution much as you had with
Chernobyl. E.g. the immediate area will be much higher than a distance away
but then other forces (e.g. natural features giving rise to eddys in the
air, puddles forming & then drying out etc) will give local
concentrations.
