Just as if not more. The British Empire meant that Oz was intertwined with
South Africa & SA with Jamaica & Jamaica with Canada & Canada
with Hong Kong & with India...etc.etc.etc.

& That was just the BE.

i.e if you have an agree ment to trade with the BE then from the Solomons
to Vancouver to Johannesburg etc.etc. are all covered.
