From: "Rich Gauszka"
The only thing I bet on is the lottery twice a week and it's only because
I've played the same numbers for 20 years and would be quite upset if they
came in after I've stopped
I have seen quite a few quotes that mention that the law 'may' be
applicable but I and the special prosecutor (ho is obviously wasting our
time and money then) must have missed that. Do you have a link to that
source?
Obviously the former CIA General Counsel does not agree with you
The statute does not require that the name be disclosed," Jeffrey
Smith, a former CIA general counsel who is now in private practice at
Arnold & Porter in Washington, said Sunday. "It just says that you
cannot intentionally disclose any information identifying a covert
agent."
