I just re-seated both RAM modules
and now it came back with more beeps
(hard to tell a sequence) and the
number 1 light is lit which indicates
no memory modules detected.

I made sure I push the clamps down on
each end when re-seating the modules.

Thoughts/suggestions?
Robert
