I prefer using Agent, however, Outlook Express is all you need.  Note of 
caution here:  Make absolute sure if you participate in a usenet group 
that allows binary files for attach and send, that you save them to an 
isolated partition or CDR AFTER a thorough scan with good AV software.

My advice:  Don't do it.  Usenet groups that allow binaries are loaded 
with pirated software, porn, and all sorts of virus infections.  You may 
wind up with stuff on your machine that will be difficult to get rid of 
or deal with.
