I'd be very skeptical about the operational aspects of it, though. Outside of
Moldavia, the trojan would have to use international dialling codes. Without
code page info being set (or even WITH it set), how the hell does the trojan
know which country it is in? The Australian international dialling code is
"0011", but I think the US is "011". You try dialling 011 in Australia as the
international dialling code and I'm pretty sure nothing will happen.
To me, the whole thing would seem to be utter bullshit.
