Encourage as many Hispanics as possible to start their own
business's.  Business owners, of all ethnic groups, vote more in
line with Conservative values than other groups.
The primary hard-core support for liberal values among Hispanics,
and other groups, comes from the poorest class and the ivory
tower types.  Middle class citizens, of all ethnic groups,
represent the best hope for conservative values.  Get them to
think about issues rather forming their opinions from 15 second
sound-bites will leave them much more receptive to the
conservative cause.  Try pointing out the parallels between sound
bites and traditional propaganda methods.  That one is easily 
researched by anyone with access to a library.
The key is to appeal to them as people, not as hispanics, blacks,
asians or any ethnic label.
