One of the techies at Seanet responded to my input.  They now have over a 
dozen upgraded to the -18 firmware. I get about 90% 28.8 and 10% 31.2 
connections -- noticeably better than the mixture of 21.2 - 28.8 
connections I get with their standard 28.8 hunt group.
