You can learn to do this vaccination for a lot less then mentioned.  The
cost of a vet doing this is about $25 bucks for the first inoculation but
three weeks later it must be boosted with the cost again being $25
bucks again.   
Aviculturist are being shown how to do the inoculation of vaccine by 
Dr. Ritchie.
