Yes, I do ride at Dreamcrest. I would go to Grandview but, my coach
will be at the Young Riders Champs in Chicago. My horse is ten. He's a
quarter horse. He was bred for barrel racing but, he quit when he was
three and a lady bought him for pleasure and I got him for Christmas
in 1994. I have horses at home also. Two have heaves. They are just
for fun. I may do endurance or a bit of eventing with one of them next
year. When I look for another horse, my mom might use Teddy to start
eventing with. My mom isn't a great rider but, her and Teddy work good
together when she has lessons. If we sell him, my coach may buy him for
a llesson horse to teach others how to event. No matter what, when he
retires, my dad will buy him back so he can retire at my place. I'm
still in high school. I'm going into grade 11. When I graduate at the
end of next year I'm hopefully going to go to college for computer
stuff. I don't want to put my riding on hold so, I'll learn and ride.
Riding doesn't really get in the way of things. My boyfriend is always
with me and he grooms at my shows. We are a team (Teddy, me and him).
Grandview was my first event ever. I did it (PT) last year. It is a
good course. I did my first Training there this year and next year,
I'll do my first Preliminary there. It's great there. Who is your
friend that may go to the Young Riders next year? Well I have to go.
I'll talk to you later.
Write back,
Erica
p.s. My boyfriend told me about Ability Online and thats how I got on
it.
