True. Also, if the burn is serious enough the clothes can actually stick to
the burn.

I may do a little more researching, I find the case interesting, it was a
major landmark case.

Okay, I won't dispute that, but I would've probably had the attitude to. She
didn't use proper caution. How far are we willing to take this. A totally
fenced off train tressel this could happen to. Somebody decides it's a good
shortcut, getstheir foot caught on the ties, and they get hit by a train.
The guy didn't use common sense OR proper caution, but the guy somehow
survives and sues the pants off the railroad company. The train company's
not carging him with tresspassing. You see where I'm going? Also, do you
honestly think her winning the coffee case because she was 83? If she had
been 21, do you think she would've won?
I can research it in the library, but I think I'd have better chances (sinse
my library doesn't even have a criss-cross directory) asking my manager about
it.
I do use caution though. Just today I got onto someone (trying to do my job
and cook the pies) for not letting them sit for 10 minutes. The manager
quickly joined me.
Peace
