I mean 3X what the M70 does, not 1/3.  The Dragunov is poor pick for a
sniper rifle actually.  Its rimless cartridge is what hampers it -  being
essentially an ancient black powder design dating back to the late 1800's.
The only thing to recommend the Dragunov, other than availability, would be
the chromed barrel.  General ergonometrics and trigger pull are truly
attrocious.
