I poked around Asimov and found a few disks with Applevision already
in place:
images\masters\dos33_with_adt.dsk
images\masters\dos_3.3.dsk.gz
images\masters\dos33.po.gz
images\unsorted\White_Disks\white_06b.dsk.gz

It's an Integer program (well, actually, a very thin layer of Integer
that calls assembler) so you'll need to let the DOS 3.3 master load
Integer into the language card area before you can run it.
