We sure do care about credit ratings!  Type of government doesn't enter
into it however.

Our particular plant doesn't do that much overseas right now, (the
economy's not right for it), but if Somalia needs wool, there's a good
chance that one of our sister plants sells to them. (unless there's an
embargo or something blocking trade).

We may require an LC and charge them a heftier price, but payment
beforehand would be unheard of.
