My limited electronic capabilities prevent me from giving an absolute answer, 
but my intuition is that some kind of RF filter would be more practical -- if 
that is where the problem is coming from.
I suspect, however, that if the RF interference is coming from the computer, 
not the receiver.  If so, an isolation transformer only protects any RF 
coming from the receiver and the computer generated interference is still 
present on the computer side.
