Great.  I always thought the waiting period was rather inane when National's 
own statistics show the the average "life span" of a SM is only 2 years.  
Maybe we'll be able to "hook" more long term Scouters once they've got "that 
Wood Badge Spirit...".  I haven't really kept up these last few months.  
After 6 yrs. I'm in the process of handing over the leadership development 
reins.  I'm moving into ADC Cubs. I'll still be CM (10 yrs) and am also Prog. 
Dir. for Day Camp.  That's busy enough for one person.  I also need time to 
get a graphics business off the ground.  Things are starting to pick up and 
the days just don't have 30 hours anymore.
