Win7/Pro comes with "XP Mode" which is basically WindowsXP in
Virtual Machine.
(Licensed, so no need to fiddle with/remember keys)

Nice because it lets you open programs directly from the host OS without
opening the Guest desktop. I use it to run Paradox 3.5 at my office, works
great, can even print parallel to a networked printer.
