A friend of mine, who is still working on porting a DOS app to Linux, just had to move several of his systems over to Linux to run this program under DOSemu since DOSemu is more robust than DOSbox for things other than gaming and running simple DOS programs. He had a time with it at first, never having tried Linux before, but he got the hang of it. He's now looking at upgrading a few of his machines with W8 and I wished him luck! I will say that Windows runs great under a VM though. I have W7P here in a VM that I use on occasion, but I'd love to stuff more than 4GB RAM in this machine to allow Windows to expand like spray foam. :D Later, Sean ...
