Oh, come on. What Graphics Workshop (or any other image viewer) does
with the data it loads is determined _solely_ by the programming in
Graphics Workshop (or whatever). It doesn't matter _what_ the data
may look like, the program loading it is going to act on it the same
way every time - it is not going to "execute" that data.
What you're suggesting is not possible.
