SK> ->    Specifically, Morales said schools may use factors such as
SK> -> age, gender, family history, socioeconomic history and the level

SK> -> education achieved by the applicant's parents
    That (other than gender-based preferences!) is fair.
    What is unfair is giving admission preferences to the sons and daughters 
of black executives, at the expense of sons and daughters of white coal 
miners!
