Same deal here...been watching this train wreck for over 15 years now. We booted the Peterson Liberals out of blind rage over his Mulroney sycophantism and brought in the NDP (who weren't even ready for the job themselves...I think the must surprised person was Bob Rae..."What? We won?") After four years of Rae, people were so angry they voted for the exact opposite again...Harris and his neo-con PCs. Took 8 years for people to get angry enough to pull another knee-jerk election, but they did. NO ONE knows any of the issues. They've never heard of the Fraser Institute, they know nothing of Harper's little speech to the American whackos (even WITH the Liberal attack ads spelling it out in plain English), they know nothing of the whole neo-conservative movement at all...they're just angry at the Liberals, and will vote for the opposition regardless. I think people are in for one hell of a shock when Harper gets in power. Too many people were duped into believing they are the "Tories" of old... which of course, they aren't at all. I've been calling them the Canadian Republican Party... AI> AI> Ttyl :-), AI> Al AI> AI> ...
