Morning All,
        I've poured a second tile tool using the edge on radial tile
tool method. The pictures of making it and some text can be seen using the
link below and clicking Newest Feature. One thing I did different before
pouring the Dental Stone was use a suggestion by Carey to tape the dam to
the base of an orbital sander to vibrate out any air bubbles. It worked a
treat. However, next one I make I'll tape the 3 holes drilled through the
tool. I've drilled these to allow the dental stone to get a better grip
rather than just grip a flat surface. Unfortunately, with these holes not
being taped the dental stone ran into them (and then out of them) when the
sander was turned on. It went all over the sander. Bugger! Ah well. I
continue to learn...........
