Download Helper and Clipgrab are similar but different.

DH can help you download an embedded Flash video.  Clipgrab can do that but
it can also extract the audio track from the video.  That's what I've done
to augment my own music collection of songs that I simply can't buy or find
anywhere else.

Clipgrab is better suited to work with Flash video; Download Helper is
mainly a program to just do mass downloading.
