Impact with another particle. Put it on the ground with other dust and walk

Your point is pointless. It doesn't have to transport across cell walls. It
just has to get inside you in contact with your soft tissues - lung and
gut. Getting into the bloodstream is a bonus, and can happen easily in the
gut with very small particles.
