I've a friend who has net access who found alot of facts regarding our
crumbling system. I read the stuff a few months ago, but he turned it in to
one of his classes. I asked him to see about retrieving it for me so I can
bring cites into my argument for the voucher system. Hopefully I'll have the
info soon. I was horrified when I read the stuff.
