Well, I got into miniature aircraft as a cheaper way of flying than the BIG
ones my licence allows (but sadly not my WALLET...). Got my private ticket
back in '64.
Actually, I got into the "little birds" first, as I got bit by the bug before
I was old enough to get that licence, and enjoyed BOTH sizes...

I still have a few years before I hang it all up, and not only because of
age; I actually ENJOY what I do. (I'm an insurance broker and financial
planner)
RM> Happy to see there are other "old f__ts" like me out there (gr)

I'll bet it's a "K3VK", eh? (nostalgia mode engaged)
RM> The "screaming 60" didn't cut the finger OFF, just left a nasty

RM> BTW - where are you writing from ??? TTYL - Roger
Glad to hear you didn't get bit TOO badly.
I've been thinking of getting back into the hobby, but with the OTHER calls
on my time and wallet these days (I also own an older motorcycle I'm
restoring) we'll have to wait and see...
