If you are asking about the publisher of a book showing which
ingredients found in hospitals are poisonous, it is done all the time.
Try the PDR or the hazardous waste journals. If you are talking about a
hospital publishing its own document on that subject, I don't think that
they would distribute it to the patients. However, if they did, I
cannot think of a crime that you could charge them with.
