And That is basiclly what I recommended Ed do. Feeling like you that
there is really NO upgrade from XP to Win 7.
And MS by design went that route knowing that upgrading could cause
problems.
Teh MS instructions were written for businesses running Win XP that most
likely would have minimum problems because theri machines are typically
not grundged up with every program that comes down the pike like a lot
of home User machines.
