No Bob, the police are there to enforce the law within a civil society,
they are not and cannot be diverted to fight incivility vis a vis terrorist
attacks -- yes they can be eyes and ears to help uncover plots, but they
cannot be diverted on a permanent basis to that charge. If they are, the
usual crime rate will explode.

We've got special-op units operating around the world taking down cells by
the thousands, the UK now has special-ops taking down cells in London and
its suburbs, if we don't keep on the offensive we'll have to have
special-op units working on main street USA; and the friggin library card
BS will pale in comparison to the squealing about "troops" on our
streets
