 Hi Paul, thanks for your advice. I was looking for info on 28.8
 modems because the Sydney PCUG was supposed to become an ISP. As
 this is unlikely to happen in near future, I have no need to part
 with my Avtek (except about the M34F problem).
 The new Dynalink 33.6 for $299 seem to be a good buy, in particular
 as it is a USR in another box. I saw messages that pupil using it
 had problems until they changed the &K3 to &K0 what ever this means.

 Got your other message about ringing your M34F. Will do so soon and
 send you the info.
