In your email you suggested....

I just tried that suggestion, but still 1st time users can upload, just means 
that they cant see the uploads in the upload area.  I think it's a major 
glitch in the hostplus software. You should be able to prevent unwnted 
uploads.
I am running most of Merrill's scripts on my BBS and was hoping that he would 
have come across this problem.
