Pretty simple Richard. Look up the scores.  Now as to *why* their 
scores are lower is a matter of considerable debate; granted. The 
disparity is used to justify federal subsidies to schools with low 
income levels so as to improve *scholastic performance*.  Would it 
not be reasonable to assume that if the scholastic average is much 
lower that the students were not so good at taking tests, among 
which, is the *IQ type* test?  And, is there any argument that the 
black community vastly over represents such subsidized schools? 
 
Now to say that a reduction in IQ scores is due to poverty and a 
poor learning environment may well be true, but I do not see how 
that would *eliminate* genetic intellectual endowment as also part 
of the phenomena.  You are trying to tell me that genetics has no 
part to play in the human genome, but will admit that genetics has 
a part to play in horses and dogs?  Or will you deny that it has 
been done with rats and guinea pigs?  What reason can there be for 
the human, of all mammalian species, to be unaffected by genetic 
variation in intellectual capability? 
 
As to the assertion that most higher math came from the far east, 
AFAIK, higher math was developed by the court astronomers of the 
Sumerian city states, who were, AFAIK, Aryans, inasmuch as this 
happened shortly after the Aryan hordes developed the war chariot 
in Scythia, and swept over the Fertile Crescent neolithic culture.

Look in your phone book, count the number of Jewish names in the 
yellow pages under Attorneys.  My own experience in high school in 
the chess club, with three of the five of my chess team were Jews; 
Of the top dozen players in the city, 6 or 8 were Jews. Look at 
Bobby Fisher and the number of previous Jewish Chess champs.  They 
are vastly over-represented in this and many intellectual fields. 
 
You may argue the converse here, that decent income & an enriched 
learning environment enhances IQ scores; which may be true, but I 
don't see how that *precludes* a genetic effect.

I have heard, and seen many arguements to the contrary in texts on 
psychology and sociology, but as for *evidence* on the issues in 
these sources which presume to be authoritive, I find nothing that 
is not a reflection of politically correct thinking. 
 
Ironic that bit of news recently that intelligence is handed down 
on the matriarchal side only.  This explains to me why famous men 
have not had that many illustrious sons.  I have heard some women 
libs chortle some over the revelation, but if intelligence can be 
handed down by ladies, then why is it not a genetic trait, and I 
don't see why it cannot be also racial when so many other traits 
in humans are generally accepted. 
 
Moreover, since the Ashkenazic communities were under the control 
of Christian autocrats for 1900 years, any time the king or other 
honcho found a cute bimbo among them she was likely to be removed 
for his pleasure.  They had no power to prevent this, and were 
left with the plainer and *smarter* women in their gene pool. BTW: 
I have had some as lovers, and they do not suffer the guilt over 
sex so common among the shickzhas. yummy. :-)

In the effort to promote equal rights, the liberals have tried to 
prove that blacks were equal and *deserve* equal rights.  this was 
in response to the older conservative racist idea that they were 
not the equal of whites and that therefore they were not worthy to 
have equal rights.  I say they deserved equal rights no matter how 
much lower they usually scored on aptitude tests.  Whether blacks 
are intellectually equal to rights does not matter; they'll still 
have those civil rights.  they are citizens are they not? 
 
Now if you wanna restrict citizenship to only those who can pass 
a literacy test, I have no problem with that.  And it may well be, 
that blacks will be under-represented, but I don't see that that 
will eliminate them, and that there will be sizable numbers of 
black citizens... who will still deserve equal rights.
