I got this code for GamePro August 1996!!!
Play as Uranus and Master: At the title screen, as the options come in
from the left, quickly press L1 L2 traingle, R1 R2, square, if you press
the buttons before the words stop moving, you'll hear a chine. Go to the
player-select screen and move the cursor over the "?" box in the top
row. Press and hold Select, and the characters will slowly cycle through
the box. The bosses Uranus and Master should apper. Press x to select
either character when their face appers in the box.
Play as Sho and Vermillion: You can access these two character only
entering the code to play as Uranus and Master shown above. At the title
screen, when the option move in from the left, use Controller Two to
quickly press square, R2 R1 trangle L2 L1. If you pressed the buttons
before the-words stopped, you'll hear a chime. Now at the fighter-select
screen you can access Vermillion and Sho in the "?" box in the same
manner you found Master and Uranus.
