Olso is 59.9 North, Boston is 42.3 North. NewYork 42.7 North.
If the latter two whave blizzards, why can't Olso.
If you want to look for an American city at the latitude of Oslo, you will
have to go to Alaska.

You should allow for a ripple on the trend.
Changes you want to see can only be caused by changes of many degrees.
Yearly changes in reality are fractions of degrees. You are inpatient to see
see results.
