You assumed Richard, that I assumed that the universe was created
by God. It was not. God and the universe evolved concurrently. The
universe is that part which you see, God is that part you can not.

I do not think I can show them to you; you have to show them to
yourself; 200 micrograms of lysergic acid would do the job for
you. Of course, there is some risk to your sanity and career.
I once looked up the medical records of 436 people accepted into
a metro ER with 'LSD overdose'. The next day, after the shinks
examined them, 419 were sent home, and 17 kept for psychiatric
treatment. But, of course, of the hundred or so that I knew at
the time that had dropped acid, only one was considered among us
for taking to the ER; so the actual odds seem to be something on
the order of 1 chance in 2500 of finding out you are crazy. Over
the last 30 years, I have never met anyone who had done acid who
retained an atheist position; the other 2499 had all seen God.

Of course, Richard, I should point out that the experience is a
very significant risk; half of the people I knew who'd done acid
were formerly professionals. There is also a significant risk to
relationships; many reported to me that they understood abuse and
dysfunction in the family that they had been so inured to before
doing acid, that they now wished to change, or abolish, relations.
It has lead to divorce and disinheritance. So, if you would seek
the truth, how much responsibility do you gamble with?

How much truth can you afford?
Dictum...
