While not perfect, Microsoft is actually doing quite a bit for blind
persons, and is improving.  I think it would be foolish to "go after them"
at this point.
Even if we had a raft of more accessible software, that wouldn't change
people's negative attitudes.  We have to fight descrimination on a bunch of
fronts at the same time.  There isn't just one answer.  It won't all be done
by computers, by legal cases, by public education, by protests, ..... etc.
etc. etc., but by a combination of all those things and more.
