Hello All!

Please be advised that for several days in January, 2003 the system date
was incorrect. A CMOS problem caused the year to read 2002, instead of 2003.

Thus, echolist updates processed showed a date on 2002, rather than 2003.

The problem was discovered Januay 13, 2003  when I ran the warnings batch file.

Moderators who receive a warning message showing an incorrect date in the
last submitted field are strongly urged to resubmit MODerator UPDate
messages to
allow correct dtaes to be entered in the Echolist database.

The affected dates are January 3 through January 11.
