Mineral supplements work for me. If I stop taking them, I get small
twitches after 2 nights, big twitches after 3 nights and full-blown
cramps after 4 nights.  When I start the minerals again the cramps go
away.

500 mg of magnesium is the key for me, though I also take some extra
calcium and potassium because many others have said that those help as
well.
