Apparently the article about Geoworks appears in "Worth",
June 1996 issue. The article is "Found: The Next Microsoft".
However, it is about a number of high/new-tech firms. Geo-
works isn't picked as THE next Microsoft (a bio-tech firm
gets THAT honor) but I guess that you could say that Geo-
works comes in with second place (again). Still, it's a very
flattering mention of Geoworks.
There will apparently be a chat log of this past weekend's
Geoworks forum "Ol' Home Weekend" made available in the near
future. It will take them some time to edit it up for neat-
ness (it's about 1mB right now). I will NOT be posting it in
any form here as it is just TOO big. Any newsworthy info will
find it's way to you one way or another and most of the rest
is just the chat room regulars being a little "silly" due to
lack of sleep. In fact, there is currently a discussion of
whether to include some all-in-fun hoax announcements, etc.
in the published log as someone might take them as "real".
For instance, there was an "announcement" that the next ver-
sion of Ensemble would be renamed "BRILLIG". So we all went
on a "rename Ensemble" tear... most were pretty good.
