ftp.cdrom.com/demos/code/tutorial/... I think, am not sure
about the part from tutorial on :-)
Snowman is part of the Hornet crew (the site above), also known
as the Walnut Creek CDROM site!
He converted / is still converting the 21 (or is in the mean
time 22) tutorials by Denthor (which where originally in
Pascal) ... but the first intent of those tutorials was to
get democoding accross, not gamecoding ... :-)
but then again ... what's the difference these days ... :-)
(some demo's are 2 years ahead qua techniques used in games,
especially all those Phong/Bumped/environment/shadowmapped
3D scenery's out there :-))

Mods? :-)
Midas now even supports Visual and Borland C++ :-)
(after DJGPP (and GCC in other words) and Watcom C++),
so I guess ... :-)
SVGA buffers? Do you mean 'virtual screens' or Linear
Flat Buffers (with VESA 2.0)
