If memory serves, a bunch of them threatened to do so in 2000 or 2004 (or
both), but very, very few of them actually kept their promises.  Rosie O is
one of them that did not leave.

Personally, I would like to see most all of them go, provided that they don't
come back or tour through the US to make $$$ when they need it.
