I disagree at a minimum with regard to doing away with the filibuster for
ALL (not just judges) advise and consent confirmations. Previously, I've
been in favor of preserving filibuster for normal legislation, but I'm
beginning to lean against doing away with it completely even for
legislation. The contingent of hate America firsters in the senate are the
only ones using it.
