| subject: | Message Buffer Size |
Hi there, All! There, I found the message about Mesage Buffer Size. I'll try to translate it into english. "It's preferable to set it to 60kb. It was proved by many tests. In fact, you can set it to 62kb, but some special very big packets with huge amount of 0x00-0x1f chars could cause FE crash. With 60kb it never happened. It seems that documentstion is wrong (about 64kb). There are 2-3kb is added to these 64kb in fact, which causes data corruption in next memory segment and a crash as a result. There is no checking, that data can cause corruption of next segment, is done." = Forwarded from ARCHIVE ====================================================== From : Viktor Nozhnov 2:5020/1668 20 Jan 05 05:39:32 To : Alexey Fayans Subj : Re^4: А где всё? =============================================================================== * Forwarded from area 'TORNADO.SUPPORT' Среда 19.01.2005 20:56, Alexey Fayans wrote to Viktor Nozhnov: AF>>> Запустил тоссинг в ручную. -+- * Intel Pentium ┼A┐ + Origin: -== Fido Mobile 96% Energy ==- └┴┼ (2:5020/1668) =============================================================================== --- mailto:burning.shadow#gmail.com* Origin: ·∙■[MUSIC·STATION]■[583-9830]■[00:00-08:00]■∙· (2:5030/1997) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 5030/1997 966 20/11 106/1 2000 633/267 |
