These are both right! If we're talking about a single byte, then LSB is the
Least Significant Bit. However, if we're talking about a word, double-word or
even more than that, then LSB is Least Significant Byte.

Analogous to the above, also these two are both correct.
This may become confusing, if we want to seperate the least Significant bit
of a 16-bit word, for example. Therefor I would suggest, that we all start
using
LSBit/MSBit or LSByte/MSByte from now on ;-)))
