PCS is Personal Communicator System or something like that.  In
Canada I think it will be 1.9 GHz and very short range like
within 50 feet of a pcs site.
Originally it was to have no hand-off from one site to another
but they could change.
With Bell Mobility Cellular we do have a caller pays option with
is about $3.50 a month extra.
You get a second cellular telephone number in the 600 area code
which is call orwarded to your regular cellular number.  When you
want a caller to call you and them to pay the airtime, you give
them the 60 area code number and they dial it as a toll call and
are billed the tolls plus airtime at 65 cents a minute.  In
short, it is a cash cow for the cellular companies.
