My Computer -> Properties -> Performance -> Virtual Memory

  or

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Performance
-> Virtual Memory

On my 64 Mb Win98SE machine I just set it to 64 Mb minimum and 96 Mb maximum.
