* My granddaughter runs a snail farm ... they're everywhere

That is exactly what's wrong with US companies ... immediate profits, sucking
their workers empty, discarding them and by that time a new supply fresh out of
highschool wants to flip butgers ... underpaid.
Instead of creating a situation where these people do not want to work
elsewhere, and at that point start working more voluntarily because they choose
to.
Buy more Toyotas and Hyundais.
