Correct on both. Leave one 'stalk' on the bulb when you plant it. Some
wont ¨take but most will.

Should work but mint is very easy to grow, which was why I listed it. If
you ¨get it in a flower shop, be sure it's an edible variety. I think all
mints are ¨but not 100%sure.
